I recently purchased an 01 Deville, a few days of driving and the check engine light started flashing on and off. the onstar diagnostics said it was possiable misfire..any suggestions . is this a problem i can fix on my own . if so what are the steps..Thanks

no, i cant really hear a misfire when i accelerate so im assuming it is only one cylinder. havn't gotten formal diagnostic ran yet.
